"I've been to ~10 hot yoga studios, and Embra is by far the best I've been to. I've only done power classes, but my favorite thing is that the room gets properly hot - not some whimpy 95 degrees. The classes themselves are challenging, you're guaranteed to get a serious workout and sweat. I also love the fact that there are nice showers for after class, nothing worse than being soggy on the way back home. Keep it up Embra folks!"

"I have been attending Embra yoga for over a year now. I love it. I don't know why it took me so long to write this review! The instructors are amazing and very well qualified. The classes are okay for beginners and offer challenges for the more advanced. I also enjoy taking the burn 60 and iron hour classes to supplement my yoga."

"When I get the free time away from my two little girls this studio is my self care and self love- hour time I need. I’m usually at the door right when class is about to start (working on that) and I’m still greeted with smiles and kindness. Every teacher has been amazing with their own unique style, passion and energy they bring. I like that I learn a new pose or breathing technique when I’m there. The flow to me, never feels stale or boring. The meditation time at the end seals the deal for me. Best yoga studio I have been to in Cincy. Very grateful to have found it!"
