"This gym is a total gem! I've lived in multiple cities and traveled extensively and to have a gym with access and equipment like this is rare. As a hybrid athlete who likes to use her own programming, having a place that has the open gym access and equipment to train for Crossfit, Spartan/Deka Fit, and Hyrox is awesome. It also has everything you'd need for powerlifting, strongman, and general fitness/lifting. The members and owner are incredibly welcoming and supportive which makes it a very positive environment to train in."

"By far the best gym around - definitely worth the 20-minute drive across the bridge to train here. Great selection of equipment, amazing community of friendly and knowledgeable gym goers and staff (especially helpful for anyone looking to compete in strongman) and lots of great options for personalized training programs. "Excellent gym! I have been looking for a gym more suited for powerlifting/powerbuilding, having a hard time doing so in this area. Most other options didn't have the equipment that I'd wanted to train with, or hours that suited my schedule. Be Strong is 24 hours, is owned by an actual Strongman competitor, and has all the pro level equipment you could ever want. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful getting my membership set up and all the people I have met have also been incredibly nice. In short, great environment, great people. Couldn't recommend it enough."
