"I had always heard that Pilates would be very good for my body as I got older, but I didn't know anything about it. Finally, when SAW opened nearby, I decided to give it a try. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I went from knowing nothing to going almost every day and trying all the different classes. The variety is awesome and so are the instructors. SAW is now my "gym" and I get cardio, strength training, and core all in one place. In pilates, good form is essential so I took a couple private lessons with Shannon which helped a ton as I started the group classes. The price is higher than a typical gym because only 7 people are in a class at once (which is nice for getting extra instructor attention). Thus, I look at it as an investment in my body for the future just as I would make an investment in my 401K for retirement."
