"We were disappointed with everything from the lack of help to getting overcharged and treated like money was the only concern! got quoted $135, got charged $160 and when i explained it the reply was "i guess we need to fix that in the system" Absolutely zero effort given to correct the situation. It gets better. I had to return to get a cone and instead of at the very least offering to put it on my animal i was told by two assistants "you'll have to do it at home because it's going to be a challenge" After which i was immediately asked to pay an additional charge for the cone if $12.78- this should have not been a charge considering i paid $25 over the original quote i was given. $135 turned into $172.78, but there's places that do this service for $50-$75? Be careful who you trust."

"Got in quickly and the people were friendly enough, but that's it. 2 appointments and a small fortune resulted in my dog suffering and dying while they were supposedly going to get back to me "right away" with a "new treatment plan". He was dead before they called back several days later. I never even SAW the vet, just assistants. I'll never go back or recommend them."
