"I have been ordering uniform shirts from Jerry and his brother for almost ten years. Each time they have processed, prepared, and delivered what we ordered on time and professionally manufactured. The shirts we have ordered have lasted for years. They made a mistake in sizing on one order last Spring and corrected it immediately, free of charge, and without a second thought. Mistakes happen and it's how they are handled that separates the pros from the amateurs. Order with confidence."

"Brian, one of the owners, replied in the following way within five minutes of me entering the store, letting him know I’d like to start a spirit wear order to give to parents for our fastpitch team (after spending nearly $1,000 here in uniforms a few weeks ago): I said I was thinking of a t-shirt, sweatshirt, and maybe a 3/4 length baseball-style tee option. He pulled our file, and I said in addition to a gray or black I’d like a pink option (our team colors are white, black, and pink). He sighed, started flipping through books, saying “I don’t even know where to look. And, once you get outside of the regular athletic colors - blue, gray, or black - your options are going to be real limited.” I said, “Well, younger kids especially, have other colors besides those, but can you just show me what my options would be?” Brian huffed again and said, “This is like starting from scratch. I mean, this is kind of ridiculous.” At that point, I was shocked, considering this is a business that deals in apparel and I came in to start an order for apparel. And, give them even more money! Needless to say, I said never mind about the order and left. I also confirmed again with Brian that he was the owner of the business because I especially couldn’t believe that an owner would act so unprofessionally and treat a customer this way, and he confirmed indeed to be the owner. As I was leaving he said, “I’m sorry, let’s work something out. We can work this out.” Crazy, awful experience! If I could, I would give zero stars."

"Friendly staff, despite chaos caused by teams meeting for uniform fittings, they cruise through with no problem and keep the fittings running smoothly. Prices are good, wide selection and decent business hours. Occasionally able to contact and meet after hours if necessary."

"This place is so disorganized. Uniforms, hats, equipment littered all over the showroom to the point walking through the store is a task! They never answer their phones or return calls. Their work is a best mediocre and CSR is horrible."
