"I start doing bjj in this area since I was 11 I started out with TCA back in 2014 but we ended up switching gyms years ago but we eventually found our way back and I have to say it was the best decision me and my whole family made when you join the gym it’s not just being a member it’s a family there everyone wants to help one another succeed and get better it doesn’t matter if it’s grappling or CrossFit everyone loves everyone and loves seeing one another improve there skills and get better!
