"This class was great! The instructor Sosha challenges you but also encourages you the entire class. She makes you feel comfortable no matter if it’s your first time taking Pilates or if you’re an expert. Her energy is high and makes the class fun. I can tell that over time I will definitely see results from the work I put in here. The cool, lavender towel she gives you at the end is the perfect touch after a hard sweaty workout. It helps me reset and take on the rest of the day."

"It was my first time ever doing Pilates and Sosha completely put me at ease. She really fosters an inclusive and supportive environment to connect with your body. She guided the class through the movements with ease, reassuring us and correcting posture, without missing a beat. Her music selection was phenomenal and kept the energy high- the 45 minutes flew by! She ended the class with a lovely aromatherapy cloth to help us unwind and ground ourselves. I left class thinking of when I could come back and take another session!"
