"Maktan Filipino martial arts is a wonderful place to train, I should know I walked into the facility over 12 years ago inquiring about Filipino martial arts and have not left. Its a family atmosphere no matter what your level of training is everyone is welcome, everyone is so helpful in assisting each other in the training ( no ego’s). The instructors are knowledgeable and eager to share. The head instructor Punong Guro Michael Vincent Malanyaon shares his vast knowledge of the many styles of Filipino martial arts such as (Balintawak, Dumog, Garrote, Baraw sugbo and FCS kali to name a few. I encourage everyone that is interested in FMA to stop bye and check it out."
