"I had been meaning to leave a review for a long time! I will start off saying I have been to different locations, Gahanna, Grove City location are just horrible!!! Easton and the Dublin location are one of the best I have had! When I come into the Dublin location I am totally satisfied from the time I walk into the door and the time I reached the food bar line and not to mention the kitchen staff. Everything is always clean and very neat and the employees look great for me. It's all about presentation the way you display your store or restaurant and your employees that tells a lot. You can have one of the best foods around but have a horrible staff and that will make the food disgusting. I am very pleased with this location. I cannot stay away on my lunch break lol. They always accommodate what you need and if you want to mix your order around and make it your own. They have no problem with doing so. If you are looking for great service, great food and a clean environment. Stopping to this location and experience something great. Thank you guys for all your hard work and making sure customers like myself. Have a happy experience and one to remember at that!!!"

"Went in last night for the 5 dollar pasta bowls and had a great experience. The staff hadn't told me that the bowls came with no additional addons for the deal but the manager went ahead and gave me the deal anyway. Food is good and folks are friendly."

"food is good. but the service is absolutely horrible. there is some girl who is in the beginning of the line who does not properly greet customers or ask them what they want. she makes you tell her and she is inconsistent in how she treats customers. that's a 0 in my book for service. there's some manager there too who runs the cash register who is also equally bad with the same problem. sorry but this is a service industry and not some elite institution lol. if you don't know how to treat your customers with respect then get out of the food service industry and do something where you're not dealing with people lol. i wish i could get their service a negative score lol"

"Food is good when it's right. My order is just one of there standard wraps with fried Chicken. Instead I'll get something else or no meat at all. If it's something that they don't have at the time they should tell me they are not serving it instead of making me pay for it full and not including my item. It's frustrating and never something I have an issue with at other locations."

"We have only been a few times and we have never been disappointed. We always love the Paida cheese and pepperoni sticks. The food is always fresh your dish is made right in front of you and there are many customizable options. Is it cheap....no! It is good and generally you will bring food home with you. Today was the Avocado chop with grilled chicken...delicious and very filling. The pickled red onion takes it over the top."
