"Walked in wanting to add to my whiteout Bengals collection. 4 employees standing in the doorway only one greeted me, forget about asking what I’m looking for. Found a pair a bengals shorts and could not find a white shirt I liked. 10 minutes of me walking literally in circles. I decided to leave and pay for the shorts. The employee that billed me out asked if I found everything that I was looking for. I said “no”, and in return Ingot the deer stuck in headlights and “you should probably look on line”. I paid and left the employee to continue talking about stacks."

"It's been nothing but a hassle for my family to shop here. The store is cramped and disorganized. It's hard to find the right size and style you want because everything is mixed and unlabeled. Staff could care less about assistance. Many of the items are subpar quality marked at premium prices. We found better quality, prices, and service with other companies and online vendors."

"Literally everything about Rally House is a hassle. The store is packed floor to ceiling, everything is a mess, I don’t know how it passes fire code. I couldn’t find a single long sleeve shirt in a medium size… There were plenty of short sleeve shirts in medium, plenty of long sleeves in other sizes, however you have to unfold every single shirt because nothing is labeled and nothing is grouped together. I gave up. So, I tried the website. The website is also terrible. Don’t even try to use the mobile (iOS) site. I had to switch to the desktop. You MUST allow location tracking or you will NOT be able to order, the search by zip code function works but then you can’t select and remember the store. I finally figured out how to order online, and found the items I wanted. Well then it turns out several stores don’t have pickup. Ok fine, I’ll ship it. I ordered it on a Monday and needed it for Sunday, so I paid extra for 2 day shipping. On Thursday I get a notification that my order is being prepared to ship out… I did finally get it on Friday evening. After all that, the item ended up not fitting. So I went to return it. Google store hours say it opens at 9. I get here this morning…. The door is locked and the sign says 11. Never shopping here again."

"I have been to the Waterstone store several times. It's a fun place to shop for team gear. Lots of Bengals wear. After today's win I plan to go again tomorrow. I don’t imagine the West Cheater store would be any different."

"I ordered 1 t-shirt for online pickup, the order was supposed to be ready 2 hours after the order was placed. I showed up after the timeframe, even though I never got a “ready for pick up” email. When I arrived, the order was not ready because they were “short-staffed.” I grabbed the t-shirt off the rack and waited in line of 2 people. When I got to the register, they couldn’t figure out to process my order, even though I had the t-shirt in my hand with the order number. I then had to buy it AGAIN and was told I would get a refund in 2-4 business days?! It’s been 4 business days with no refund. Never again!"
