"First off they need to update the address location, being listed still at 1475 Upper Valley Pike when it is located now on Derr road. The only hitting we got to do was self pitch, as there was no pitching machine, which is what we were looking for. First time we went got to hit for about 30 minutes then we're told that a team was coming in and we had to stop. Got charged for the entire hour, which was not fair IMO. Second time one of the batting cages was down and we were the only ones there. About 20 minutes later we're told we had to stop again because of a team coming in, but they were not even there yet!!! Could have hit for probably about another 15 to 20 minutes more. Very disappointed."

"Homeplate is a great place for indoor practice and getting some extra work in on your own. I’ve taken my son there the last several years and And are very willing to open up during off hours on demand."

"Very disappointed. Upon arrival the lady says pick a cage and there you go so after 15 minutes messing with a broken machine she finally tells me it's down so we move to another cage witch worked great. 30 minutes in to our session she comes up to me and tells me we have to leave that theres to many people and they need the cage. Mind you the place was empty when we arrived then a team came in and had 2 cages scheduled. So my 2 kids and I only have the cage for 30 min she still charges me for the full hour and says theres nothing she can do about the pricing. Since we were there for more than 30 minutes So needless to say I will not be back"

"Heard great things about this facility. Made a appointment to come and use pitching machine. Once we get there we were unable to use machine due to over booking. We were offered another appointment and cheaper cost due to the confusion. Which I thought was very nice of them, wasnt expecting that at all. Come back on our rescheduled appointment day and no one was available to allow us to use pitching machine. Very disappointing."
