"Started going here 6 months ago as an overweight 40+ year old. A super supportive and low stress environment to learn a new lifelong low impact sport, get in shape and form friendships. Coach Mike is very knowledgeable and, more importantly, a excellent instructor. If you are waiting for the right time or thinking you need to get in shape first don't, just join. BJJ as it is presented here is self paced and allows you to stay in and expand your own comfort zone. My only regret is not joining sooner. One of Ostrander's hidden gems."
