Reviews
"Great opportunity to see the Browns win a game. Great seats, great fans and a great time. Security and stadium staff were plentiful and present, wait times for food were not too long. Prices are what to expect. My nephews' traveling team got the chance to play ball against mascots during halftime! Also, I came after the start of the 1st and I was able to pull up and get dropped off at my gate."
"As with all stadiums, ridiculously overpriced food/drink. Went with a good friend who is a Browns fan, and I am JETS. ALL the Browns fans I encountered were very polite and respectful. Stadium facilities were well maintained. Highlight of trip was lunch with Browns legend Greg Pruitt."
"Haven't been to the stadium for years. With a bit of planning, it was a smooth trip and a great day. First tip, buy your parking online ahead of time. We paid $25 for a place near the stadium entrance. It is much less than any lot price you'll find on game day. Next tip, sign up for Express Access. You register with a photo and ticket info. When we arrived at the gate, the scanner recognized me and our group of three walked right in. Technology is great. More tech at the seat makes it easy to participate in many promos and raffles during the game. See the custom dog tag for each seat in the photos. Saw a great game and looking forward to coming back next season."
"Flew from SF to Cleveland to attend a Browns game. All of the stadium staff, employees, vendors and security personnel were courteous, friendly and helpful. The stadium was clean and well kept. Food concessions were plentiful, so wait times in line was minimal. Seating was comfortable with adequate spacing between rows. It is a great venue in a great location! Browns fans are awesome!"
"I have lived almost my entire life in Cleveland but had never actually attended a Cleveland browns game. Been to more cabs, monsters, guardians games then I can count but never the browns. Had been to the old municipal stadium during my childhood for guardians games and other special events but never for football. Today was my first time ever attending a Browns game or entering into Cleveland browns stadium since it was built. Overall, the experience was great. Entrance into the venue was smooth and getting to our seating area (a vendor of mine has a suite in the 400 section and I and a guest were invited to join them) was painless. I did walk the entire lower concourse area before heading up just to take a look at what was on offer. Food stands appeared to be running well and lines were moving quickly. Generally everything was clean and tidy. Bathrooms were worlds better then the old municipal stadium horse troughs of old. The suite was very nice and I can see why folks pay for and live attending sporting events in them. Overall it was a great experience even though they lost, it was one I would like to experience again in regular seats in the future for sure. I hope to get back to the venue again this season for another game for sure."
