"Went there for a surprise birthday party with the family and they had a nice room off to the side that accommodated us. They were pretty busy on a Sunday afternoon and there was definitely not enough wait staff. The gal that was getting our drinks was very slow for getting that she needed to bring us a pop. She never did deliver the water we asked for. When I went to the bar to try to assist and delivering the drinks she told me she'd get around to it and then never did. The mostaccioli was delicious, the chicken spaghetti was also quite tasty. They're bread knots were amazing as well as their salad. The same girl that refused to service us water got upset when we went to get shakers of parmesan and red pepper seeds."

"Enjoyed a delicious lunch this afternoon with Connie and my daughter Lilly! Look at what we enjoyed at Sal's Italian restaurant in Tecumseh Mi. The food was simply outstanding and the staff were the absolute best. Sarah1, and Sarah2 were both gracious and attentive hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. I love this place!! You have to check out the Italian sausage and meatballs!!!"

"At the spur of the moment, my son and I decided to go out to lunch today and decided to go to Sal's for the pizza buffet. When we first arrived, we were pleasantly surprised how busy they were. We were quickly seated in a booth and our drink order was taken immediately. We let the waitress know we would like to do the pizza buffet and she proceeded to ask us if there was any pizza we would like to have made to put on the bar. I let my son make a few suggestions and off she went to the kitchen. We decided to go up and have a bowl of soup first and it was very delicious, they had Italian Wedding (my favorite) and another one with a creamy base, mushrooms, and some sausage which was also very good. The entire staff was working extremely hard as it seemed as soon as they got more pizza out on the buffet from the oven, people would rush up and grab a slice. The pizza was amazing! Good amount of sauce, and lots of toppings and cheese oh my.We also ordered a cheese stick appetizer which was very good as well. They made sure to stop at all the tables multiple times to ask if everything was OK and if they wanted anything else put up on the buffet. I give it 10 out of 10 for service and food! "Loved this place, the waitress was friendly and did her best to be attentive amidst a very busy Saturday night! The breadsticks were deceiving, they do not taste like they look - these breadsticks are absolutely delicious and one of a kind! I enjoyed the tortellini but found the sauce a little off for my palette, overall great experience & would recommend to anyone visiting in the area!"

"Italian restaurant that serves breadsticks should be buttered with garlic, not Italian seasoning. The lasagna was great, the salad we had was wonderful with homemade Italian dressing. The waitress was very kind and helpful. Cute little place with a homey feel."
