"Terrible. You can't get in contact anyone and the website doesn't even work. We've been trying to cancel and can't even do that. They also upped our price by a lot without any notification. When we finally reached people they hung up on us right away. Disgusting company"

"One of my life insurance policies is now administered by Selman. I find the site to uncommonly unfriendly and the phone service nearly non-existent. I regret the day my insurance carrier decided to employ a third party to manage their policies."

"I just found out that the money I thought that I was investing to help cover what CHAMPVA did not, (namely vision and dental), was a complete and total waste!! My eye doctor couldn't even get a live body on the phone to verify what was and what wasn't covered. They received an automated message saying "This person is covered" and then they were hung up on. Any review that gives this company 4 or 5 stars is being paid for it or works there!!"

"Very high price for a policy, and IMPOSSIBLE to contact them. Stay away from this company. After 2 hours on phone we reached a customer service agent who said she would send a form to cancel a policy, 2 weeks later and email still hasn't come. We were told itll take a couple months to cancel, and we could apply for a refund on the payments! Scam business, stay away from them and any company that sells their policies."

"Poor service very poor service . If I didn’t have so much so much money invested in this policy… I would let it lapse and go else where. The reps are horrible spoke with a rep name Christin who came in the line with a mellowed out voice didn’t even sound like she wanted to work this Friday. who had no idea what she was talking about, didn’t do her research to assist me . Told me what I was seeing in the portal instead of listening to me , over talked me . I then asked for a supervisor because I was sick and tired and talking to her and she’s not listening . They canceled my policy because they couldn’t find a payment finally found it , didn’t notify me I had to call for weeks , repas didn’t respond no matter how much they said they would get back to me . Now I’m trying to make a payment I can’t and this rep is clueless . Asked to speak to supervisor she has to put in a request and I may not get a call back until next week after the holiday. Requested a christin to attempt to get a lead to sup to speak to me so I can resolve this , make the payment and not go back into a lapse status because this is the company’s fault and not mine . She then refused … she said we have to hang up in order for it to get routes. Worse customer service ever … I must admit . Unless your already with them avoid it as much as possible"
