"Order to go a lot, try to give this place the benefit of the doubt. Only got the complete order right once. My friends turkey sandwich terrible. How on earth do you mess up a turkey sandwich? Forgot two items. Not ordering this Panera again."

"This location of Panera Bread has really gone down hill fast in customer service and order accuracy! The last several times our order has been either incorrect, the food tastes nasty, and/or the sandwiches were put together SO sloppy! It's extremely disappointing with the increase of prices and decrease of quality of food! We will never be back! It's a waste of hard earned money for an uncaring organization! Panera Bread USED to be one of the top places to eat, definitely a NEGATIVE number, not even a score of 1. Fair warning....Do Not Waste Your Money! Yuck! Yuck! Yuck!"

"Bathroom review: Very solid overall. They have paper towels so you don't have to touch doors, faucets, etc. Paper towel is high quality too, however you are limited somewhat by the automatic dispenser, but it is somewhat generous with paper towel size. Water pressure was strong, so it made for an efficient hand washing experience. Their soap is foaming hand soap, which is an automatic deduction. It is a manual soap dispenser, which is somewhat redeeming for efficiency. The door to exit is a pull door, but it doesn't have a foot or elbow pull requiring use of paper towels to open. My shoes were sticky upon leaving, leading me to believe they only clean visible issues. It did appear very clean overall. There are ample trash cans, including one by the door. This bathroom is single father friendly with a baby changing table inside a handicap accessible stall. Standard public bathroom toilet paper, nothing special. Overall 3/5 because it needs liquid hand soap and the other small issues added up for another deduction. Would potentially consider 3.5 if shoes weren't sticky or toilet paper was higher quality."

"Workplace lunches are frequent at this location and because I ordered and picked up today, I am posting my official review. The facility was clean and surprisingly not very crowded at 11:40am just before lunch. Panera is doing a great job in promoting their app with rapid pickup which seemed to be the case given the number of orders. Pastries displayed looked fresh and tasty! Service was excellent and friendly. Order was correct and food was good. Reason for the 4 out of 5 stars today was noticing the back of the house and a full trash can with trash on the floor. An employee did stop to pick up the trash shortly after I took my pic, but he did not immediately change his gloves and I had a concern he would be touching food. However, I did not see this employee on the food line and may have been from the dish area. I just suggest being mindful to what the public can see. Today I had a pick 2 and tried the new broccoli cheddar mac n cheese, with my usual Smokehouse BBQ chicken sandwich. The sandwich was perfect with a great amount of chicken. The broccoli cheddar mac however was very soupy with way too much cheddar cheese sauce. Will probably go back to my regular mac n cheese next time. 4 out of 5 not bad and will definitely continue to get lunch at this location!"
