Reviews
"The service here is great and they are always very quick to grab orders and help!"
"Always great customer service and no waiting in long lines."
"Quick & Easy! Have your order number ready, they retrieve the package and you sign your name."
"My second time was great. Everybody was polite. The first time I went to the store. I did not understand how much things have changed. Books are not keept in school bookstores now. That changed from when I last attended school. I do not think the man who spoke to me that day was very polite. When I informed him my teacher said I could buy it from the bookstore. He rudely said well your teacher is wrong. I feel that could have been more tactful on his part."
"When I came into the book store, there wasn't anyone at the counter, at first, but that only lasted a few seconds. He seemed very annoyed with me that I was there. I still had an hour before the store closed. He asked for my order number and I had it in hand and went to show him. He seemed even more annoyed and said to read it to him. I did, but he still commented on how it was easier on him for me to read it then for him to read and type. He grabbed my book, plopped it down, and spun the laptop. He said sign, and I did. Then he said cool thanks and left the counter. I gave them a 2 because service was bad, but the book came in a timely manner and it was the correct book. In a words, it was uncomfortable."
