"I don't know what is with this school. Everyone, including teachers and especially admin, have serious attitude problems. I've never been treated so coldly anywhere in my life. They plainly do not care about you and will hang you out to dry without a second thought. The only nice employees are the cafeteria people and the janitors. I've had good experiences at other Tri-C campuses, but the Western Campus treats students with contempt for some reason."
"I’ve attended Tri-C as an adult student for about 7 weeks now. I’ve enjoyed being a student here, I love the free tutoring & the writing center. My only tiff is the amount of students who seem to not care about their education; just feels as if some students think they can just show up and earn a degree. I can’t tell you how many essays or discussion board posts I’ve read that are just. . . flat, and boring. I wish more students would put greater depth into their assignments. I have straight A’s which I feel great about! Some of my classmates try to tell me “well, it just comes naturally to you.”, no. . . It doesn’t! I study about 2 hours per day for each of my classes. Erin, one of the English tutors has been extremely helpful to me, so has Anthony in the writing center."
"They didn't inform me until I was charged that perquisites not specifically listed on the degree program list aren't covered by financial aid. Im paying $1000 for a 3 credit hour math class. If i didn't opt in for optional loans, I would have been completely screwed. Thanks Tri-C for your unorganized system and lack of information."
"Was visiting Cleveland with my wife for the week and found ourselves with the need to do two things at the same time that needed privacy. Usually I would find a local Starbucks but knew where CCC was located having driven by their beautiful campus. Knowing what community colleges see as their mission, I drove over to look around. Exceeding my best hopes, the parking was well marked and the building lobby was open with internet access and vending. The space was as good as my office at home and very private. Community mission accomplished. Keep up the fantastic work, your sterling reputation is well deserved. Extra bonus, the facilities and upkeep are superb!! Puts you in the frame of mind to go tackle everything in front of you. Bless you and your spirit."
"Very nice and clean place. Nice facilities. My only complaint is that they don't have a microwave in the dining area. It would be nice for those who bring lunch from home. Otherwise everything is top notch."
