"I've never been fond of this company ever since my father-in-law set up a life insurance policy for me. When you make an online payment be aware that your payment is processed immediately. You don't get to select a date for the payment to be processed. Also, you can't pay your policy up for a year and you can't change your anniversary date. I wanted to pay my policy for an entire year since I have my tax refund check and now realize I can't do that because my anniversary date is December and MM would continue to bill me quarterly. What a crock! I wish I could dump this company for another. I'm just thankful I did not put my sons life insurance policies with this company."
