"Fenn Tower is a great dorm and probably the best experience of Cleveland State University. However this is Labeled as Residence Life: one of the worst parts of the University. They are an outsourced company, who claims no accountability to neither students nor the University. They treat their residence and employees poorly, have inspired protests and near riots, they have vague, ridiculous rules that they love bending in their favor, and have no respect for anyone. The on campus employees, however, are generally nice and will usually do what they can for you."
