Please note that we will be closed on certain holidays. Our goal is to not only heal, but to also provide emotional support and understanding for the entire family. "It is a new building with sufficient seating area. A big parking lot and handicapped accessible entrance. Mask is required. Lab is at the same area as the urgent care. Waiting time is usually really long. For our first two visits, we had to wait more than 40 minutes or so. Last time we scheduled an appointment over the phone with the lab technician. However after we arrived, the same lab technician then told us she could not do the blood test for my child because my child was too little and she didn't have the appropriate tool. We had to drive all the way to their main campus at Akron. Completely wasting our time driving there and back. I suggest you to call first to schedule an appointment before you go and secondly, make sure to double check with them if they have the right tool to perform the blood test for your child."
