"Terrible experience. My son was seen to have 3 cavities filled, i was under the understanding that after he was taken back for Anastasia they were going to do xrays. After xrays were complete i thought they were going to pull me back to discuss xray findings and proceed with treatment, which was not the case. I didnt receive any updates about treatment until he was in recovery which at that time I was told "his teeth were worse then we thought" without seeing an evidence of that statement and many more of his teeth being effected. i was so taken back and beside myself all while trying to comfort my son we just left the office. The next day i contacted the very rude office staff to retain my sons records which i was given a run around about and was told "i dont think we can do that" and still have yet to receive any records. Very unethical and until i see proof otherwise they did a bunch of unnecessary work to my sons mouth traumatizing him."
