Reviews
"I've been a patient here for years. Very mixed feelings about changes that have been made, staff turnover, and response to customer concerns by the "risk management" (formerly "patient's rights") department. I'm still there, but I don't know if I could recommend it to others any longer. It's more like a poorly run business to me now than a low income health care option. Since Circle Health took over, things have felt really different. I still have one provider there whom I truly appreciate. Otherwise, I'd definitely consider changing altogether."
"They barely answer the phone and the people in the pharmacy are rude with zero customer service skills.. there is very little professionalism here . I do not recommend anybody go here unless it's a last resort and u cant in anywhere for ur mental health"
"The front desk people answering the phone .where the worst..i got transfred to numbers that dont work..then tranfered to euclid when i live on rocky river drive .to talk with euclids nurse who just got voicemail..they just kept passing the bill n tranfsring call to euclid..when i need the rocky river location..no help at all"
"Katelyn Morris, and the rest of the staff have treated me and other clients very poorly. Almost all of the staff does not want to do their job and thus have created a tremendous amount of stress in my life. I would highly suggest that anyone thinking of going here just simply find somewhere else to seek help."
"I feel very valued as a patient when I’m turned away from urgent care, despite being told they are available from 8-4 every day. And especially when an appointment is scheduled for me without informing me whatsoever, and then refusing to call me when I find out and have to switch it to telehealth. Incredibly professional."
