"The cleaning was fine but when my son returned to have some cavities filled he was taken back alone (I was told not to come back with him and that they’d get me if he wasn’t doing well) and kept waiting in the treatment room by himself for what he describes as “a long time.” He’s scared to go back now and I would be too if I was 6 and left alone looking at a bunch of dental tools. Of course they didn’t come get me because nobody was with him to know he was scared. Will be finding a new provider that allows parents to accompany their young children. 2 stars for the fillings but an angry middle-aged mom thumbs down for being butts to my son."

"Spring and Sprout are an incredible team of pediatric dental professionals! The reception team is kind and welcoming. Our hygienist is Kim and she's INCREDIBLE. She took a very scared six year old and performed a miracle. This is the first smooth dental appointment my son has ever had. Dr. Sunna is great. She has a calm and reassuring bedside manner. Would give 10 stars if I could."

"DO NOT COME HERE! If I could give zero stars I would. Manager unprofessional, staff rude, asked them to PLEASE not give my kids anything without asking me because they can't have certain things and that they need to tell the parents that when they take them for X-rays they would start to be worked on right after instead of having me worried why the X-rays were taking so long. Didn't even end up getting the X-rays either. They did something wrong, took it to heart, then told me I was the rude one for voicing my concern. Projection at its finest. I didn't yell, raise my voice or swear so I was in fact NOT rude. Walked out on by the staff and manager who didn't care to listen. Wouldn't know the manager was the manager with how she looked and acted. Told me she had a lot of stress in her life and was going through personal issues(who doesn't?!) which is unprofessional and invalid for the workplace. I'm guessing she was just taking her personal feelings out on her patients because she was displeased with their lack of communication and couldn't handle it. Did not want my kids to have small things for them to choke on. Was ignored, they TOOK the sucker from my oldest kid that I voiced I didn't want her having and gave her a metal token for a small toy that her sister could choke on. AFTER I told them not to give them anything without asking me!!? I'm glad my I was paying attention and kept my kids safe from the choking hazards they were given. Then I was told, and I quote, " you can go somewhere else if you don't like it here and good luck finding anyone who takes your insurance". Threatening your patients to either deal with however they want to treat you because it's hard to find anyone who takes your insurance is the epitome of unprofessional! Last year when the business was corporate I had no problem, this year after this owner (who refused to give her name) took over the place has gone downhill. Will not return. I'll pay out of pocket if I have to to be treated well and keep my kids safe."

"Annie is awesome. My daughter is 6 years old took her to her regular dentist and she has a lot of cavities and needs some work done. I called downtown to rainbows and they couldn't get me in until May. I was in tears because I have never been thru something like this and was so worried to have to put my daughter thru this that's when I called spring and sprout and Annie got me right in and made me feel very comfortable. That meant so much to me. Over all staff is great to. They make you feel very comfortable and put your worries to rest. 10 out of 10 recommend. Can't thank Annie enough !"
