"Sue helped coach me through a homemade raw diet when my Great Pyrenees border collie Leela had a soft tissue sarcoma. Her patience and professionalism was truly rare at one point she asked me if she could be excused so she could think over the course of action and do a little research which blew me away! I don't know why medical doctors don't do that more often! When it comes to life and death, don't you want your professional to take a little bit of time to think about what is best? After we began to feed Leela the raw food diet everything began to change for us. Leela had always been a dog with food aggression issues and we really didn't feel comfortable having her in the house all the time with are young kids so we often had her confined in a separate room with a doggie door access to the backyard. When they removed the soft tissue sarcoma it was barely cancer anymore. The biopsy showed that the cancer cells were very few and so the diet had really accomplished what we had set out to accomplish. Our dog passed away about a year after of pancreatic failure.
