The staff eased my concerns the moment we walked through the door with a warm greeting, showed us where everything was, and their promptness was notable. The women that did the actual exam were phenomenal duo and matched our kiddo’s energy perfect. Dealing with professionals that vibe with your kids and help them feel comfortable in what can be a high-stress situation is completely invaluable. "I took my special needs. Non verbal autistic son to be seen here. They were not very forward with why the price was 5k. I even picked up another dental insurance. I couldn’t afford the almost 2k down to book. I received a letter basically telling me that I neglected my child and they don’t want to do business with me. Way to support special needs families who already have astronomical expenses. I even picked up another insurance. All they had to say was you could get a way better price if you found someone in network or offer a payment plan. Telling families they have to put thousands down is insane all while claiming you work with them. We say Dr. Ray and he was AMAZING and the staff is so friendly and willing to help. Way to make a special needs parent feel real great!!!"
