"Took a friend with her cat. Very nice facility. Liked that there were only a couple of people in the waiting room at a time. The staff are very nice and professional. They explained everything and wrote out the prices of everything for my friend. They were very good with the cat."

"I took my Bull Mastiff 4 years old to this vet and twice this year he was misdiagnosed. 1st instance he has an infection in his paw but vet never even physically inspected paw but told us he had a bone disease . Put him under, took X-rays and a thousand dollars later sent him home. Several days later we noticed redness in between toes and took him back in. This time placed him on antibiotics and he was fine that night. Called vet to let him know of the misdiagnosis and asked him to call me. He never returned my call. 2nd time Could not see my dog for a week and a half. I took him in for what we thought was another’s foot infection. Vet did swap and said it was an infection. Put him on antibiotics. Another $400 in vet visits and medication that didn’t work. A week later what we thought was an infection grew worse and larger. At this point I went to another vet for a 2nd opinion. He was diagnosed with cancer and has surgery tomorrow to remove the growth. I would NEVER recommend to take your animal here. Unprofessional, inaccurate diagnoses and expensive."

"We’ve been coming here for roughly 3 years with no complaints, it’s always very pleasant in here regardless of whatever vet tech or tech you get. Very knowledgable and inform about everything along the way. However Dr. Paige is an ANGEL in this line of work, was so sweet when we had to put our husky down."

"The staff are very friendly, and my dogs are always happy to see them. The facility itself is clean and well organized. While I don’t particularly like their online scheduling service, I’ve been able to call the office when I’ve had issues and things are smoothed out fairly quickly. All three of my dogs have been patients of theirs, and I would recommend VCH to anyone in Hudson."

"My furbaby has an allergy to grass, but for some reason, this year, the allergy progressed to an infection. I took him to the vet I have always gone to and they did an ear swab, said he doesnt have ear mites, which I told them he has an infection, but I am not a vet. They treated him for an allergy only, even when I asked for an antibiotic, and the infection, of course, didnt go away. I had him to that vet 3 or 4 times, asking for an antibiotic and never got one. All the while, my furbaby was miserable. Could not walk through the house without shaking his head. My daughter told me about VCH, so I made the appt. They did an ear cytology, came back and said he has a bacterial and yeast infection. Put an ointment in his ears to sooth them some. Gave him antibiotics and steroids and within 24 hours his ears were not as red, smelled better and he isnt shaking his head anymore. This place is awesome! Its pretty far for me, as I am in Uniontown and they are in Hudson, but well worth the drive. My furbaby is feeling so much better now and it was almost instantly. I highly recommend these guys. They truely care and they know what they're doing."
