"I consider Dr Kelly and her team to be family, they are so knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. I feel like a part of my dog's care and not just doing what they tell you, they make sure that I understand options and explain everything. They are also very knowledgeable on breed specific information that I've not found anywhere else. The whole team is incredible and I will never trust my dog's care with anyone else. "We have been taking both our animals to Dr Kelly for yrs. Very disappointed in there cost and especially there office visit fee which keeps going up to now 60.00 so ridiculous.., With the rise of cost with everything else, there prices could choke a horse. I waited an hour for my dog to get a heartworm test, and to still be charged a office visit, when they never did in the past, being a vet tech visit.. I went to another vet, paid 114.00 for rabies shot, feline, and fecal test. I'm glad I made the switch. The lady at the front desk is so rude on the phone as well, no personality and doesn't care .. We will miss Dr Kelley she was great though! Just can't afford it. :("
