"I do not like leaving negative reviews, but wish someone would have advised me to go elsewhere for my sons glasses. The severe lack of communication from the office in the past couple of months is frustrating to put it mildly. Even a simple update to the hours of operation on Google or on the door of the store would be a significant improvement. Neither of these are up to date. I hope they are able to work out the current staffing issues, but as things are right now I wish we would have never gone to this location."

"I had a great experience up until I asked a tech to take a look at my current glasses to see if they can fix them. The tech did look at them and showed me that I needed a little super glue to keep the arm of my glasses from falling apart. Instead of her taking my glasses and applying the super glue she told me that when i came back to pick up my NEW glasses she will then take them an fix them. That didn't sit well with me at all. I could understand if it was a part that needed to be ordered, but come on a little super glue. So this is weighing on me and I really don't think I would go back, just for that simple issue. I pay attention to everything and CUSTOMER SERVICES IS BIG TO ME."
