"I take both my kids here and I've had a great experience here. My first visit was a little tough since I was new and they had a ton of paperwork for me to fill out. But after that they got me on a patient portal, send me forms via email to fill out about 3 days in advance of the appointment so I don't have to feel overwhelmed while I'm at the office. I've been to other doctor's offices and this is by far the best experience I've had with taking my kids. Ann Altenau does a wonderful job making my young kids feel comfortable."

"I love the staff but we have had two back to back appointments where we waited an hour+ to see the doctor, for routine check ups. The longer my kids sit and wait the more anxious they become and then vaccine time is a complete nightmare! I know there can be delays in healthcare, I work in it, but there has to be a better way."

"My son has been a patient at West Side Pediatrics for all of his 16+ years. Multiple doctors and nurses have provided care for him over the years and I have no complaints. Always very helpful and attentive to questions and concerns. In this crazy time we are in with COVID 19, taking him in for required checkups and vaccinations was not at the top of my list but they were great. The office and waiting rooms were organized in a way that made it easy to feel safe. Highly recommend their services!!"
