"I can not even give a star. 4 years an nothing resolved told what to do in my life did it and still being told to come back and spend more money. I am done Dr. Miller need to never work with people because the has no idea how to speak to people. From the first time we met till now he still have the worst way of speaking to me. My daughter was even applauded at how he spoke to me after surgery. I would actually cry before my schedule visits."

"Absolutely the WORST customer service ever!! Staff is ALWAYS rude and has a bad attitude. Dr. Miller is very arrogant and seems to only care about getting you back to the office as many times as possible - cha ching!! Marissa called to schedule a surgical procedure for my husband and right from the start was very rude. I asked her to call back when she had a better attitude and she said that she will not be calling back. I’m actually THANKFUL for this. We will be looking for care elsewhere from staff AND doctors who know how to be professional and treat their patients with respect."

"This office's overall communication, empathy and patient care is lacking! I have had nothing but continued issues.... prescribed medication I was allergic to, office manager states they would call the next day and didn't... I called them weeks later. Leave messages on the MA line and calls don't get returned, the receptionist is rude. They treat me as if I should not have questions or concerns about my care plan! If the doctor would take time to explain the procedures, side effects and expectations, 99% of the issues could be remedied."
