"Took my baby there to be evaluated and they did not accurately assess my daughter’s ears and she ended up needing antibiotics for an infection after her regular provider was able to look at her . Please train your providers in accurately assessing ears."
"My husband went in was given a 2 HR wait time. Was told he had a 103 temp, given an A/B flu, strep and covid test. All came back negative. He went in because of a severe headache, temp and nausea. Was sent home with nausea meds and told to buy Robitussin MD. Was never advised to take anything to take temp down and with the meds he was given it basicly ran its course cause they were worthless. I would have went to Walmart and bought an over the counter med but thought he needed more. Hes on day 5 finally headache went away, coughing his head off but could actually sleep lastnight. Thanks for nothing! Do not recommend"
"Totally dysfunctional. Cleveland clinic is terrible. 2 facilities here both marked Work Well. After 3 check ins at different windows I finally found the right place. I had to fill out more paperwork than ever before for a routine annual physical. It's almost as if they're trying to frustrate you enough to leave. Ever since their complicity with fake covid deaths they've gone down hill big time. Start by treating people like humans instead of cattle."
