"Originally went to their downtown when kids had lots of other appointments there, but few years ago we switched to this location because it’s closer. Great to have the same doctors who remember the kids, have great personalities and truly care. We’ve always had good insurance so not sure if that’s made a difference, but we’ve never had any issues. Office staff is also very friendly and helpful."

"The service at this facility changed like day and night. 3 years ago this would have been a 5 star review. One week I had insurance that I was paying for that we could not afford- the service was great then. Long story short we applied for Medicaid and qualified and everything at this office changed. I felt like my family was being profiled and discriminated against because of our insurance. Even the girls who work at the desk attitudes changed towards my family. All I will say is it wasn't anything normal like- oh your insurance doesn't cover this... we had gone to this office with our first child for almost 3 years and were planning on taking all of our kids here because we loved it so much."
