She was so helpful with alternative approaches to each of my concerns and referrals were seamless. I highly recommend."

When I came back the insurance was fine but I waited two hours and the doctor never showed so I left. They tried to reschedule but I will not be back to this office. If you have an appointment the doctor needs to make it!"

Unless you get a limb removed in error or something, it's hard to justify a 1 star rating for these providers in my opinion."

The waiting room is full of patients for Sterman all with the same complaints about lateness. He’s a great doctor when you can see him but the chaos of his schedule is unacceptable. I won’t be back."

(from the secretary to the audiologist along with the nurses and of course the Dr.) Refer him to everyone I know and have NEVER waited more than 20-25 minutes. Truly for a good Dr like him, I would wait longer, he listens and takes time with you as a patient, many Drs just push you through, not him. If you want an excellent Dr and audiologist all in one place, I highly recommend Steinberger and his staff."
