"I told the office staff to call me if I have any bills due because I am not home to receive any paper bills. I was told in house that calling me would not be a problem. I come home to three different paper bills all past due. I don't know how many times I have to tell them this, but four times is a little ridiculous. Now on a Friday, I can't call to pay a bill, because there is no one in the office until Tuesday. When I do finally get to pay my bill I find out the bill is sent out automatically and they have no way of calling me to let me know I have a balance due. So now my hands are tied. I guess it's up to me to call after an appointment to see what my bills are. The staff should ask billing first if they will be able to call me or not, before they tell me it's possible. Other then that, the doctors are great and make you feel comfortable. They explain things well and don't make you feel rushed if you have a lot of questions to ask."
