"Absolutely horrible. My mother has been asking for a refill on one of her meds over and over again, and our pharmacy has asked twice now. The doctor and staff are just shuffling you through here. These are the bottom-of-the-barrel medical employees. Do better all the way around. People shouldn't have to beg over and over again just to get their medications. It's frustrating let alone patronizing your elderly clients."

"Some of them are nice but don’t bother going here. They’ll give you all kinds of run arounds. Waste your time, and you still won’t feel any better. Oh and also they’re out of the office from 11:30-130. ALL OF THEM. Not a single person who can help with ANYTHING during that time. Definitely changing my primary care away from this UH."

"Convenient and quick. In and out in a half hour during prime flu season. Lauren is a wonderful CNP and Dayana was friendly and thoughtful. Would highly recommend to anyone in Chesterland area that needs a quick walk in visit. Can also schedule online and save even more time. Visited again 2 days later for granddaughter. Just as good with her. Extremely kind and patient. The PA, Liz, was great. My granddaughter loved her."

"am a patient of Dr. Harmat, and besides regular visits, have used the convenient care and have been helped by Dr. Levan. The staff is absolutely top notch, including nurse practitioner Allison who treated me today. Won't think of going anyplace else. They help me get well."

"The secretaries are rude and don't know how to verify insurance coverage. They are also prejudice to clients on Medicaid. The office did not want to give me my birth control injection. They wanted me to go to an abortion clinic to get my shot. Worst experience ever. Then my significant made an appointment and because he didn't have his paper insurance card they did not see him. How could anyone working the front desk at a doctors office not know how to call an insurance company to verify coverage???? Then this "secretary" had the nerve to yell at my significant when he called to give them the number to insurance. Didn't know there was more than one care source Medicaid in Ohio. Very untrained staff."
