Katana Buffet

"Went in today and the food was good like always but the service was terrible. We saw our waitress one time and that was for a refill of our drink. My daughter left her retainer at the table and went back in to get it and 2 servers cornered her and asked where the tip was, she was very upset and had to grab her retainer out of their hands and ran out of the restaurant. I would have went back in but it wouldn't have proved anything because everyone in there had an attitude. Why would we tip when first off we were charged wrong which I overlooked but when we got to our table we did everything on our own. It's sad because the food is so good and we drove an hour just to go there. We won't go back and shame on all of them!!! And yes i was a server before and if I gave that kind of service I wouldn't expect a tip either!!!"

"Solid buffet. Excellent chicken and broccoli and coconut shrimp. The sushi is very fresh and tasty. Good ice cream selection. I’d avoid the pastries and the banana pudding. Definitely worth the price."

"I went to the restaurant for my mom's birthday. Staff was not friendly. They cleared the plates and gave us drinks but that was it. As we were leaving, the waitresses asked me where the tip was and got in my face. My dad and mom were already leaving so I motioned at them. But the waitresses did not want me to leave so my dad had to come back and add a tip while everyone else eating watched. Super embarrassing! Not professional! And a tip is recommended and earned but never required. Not going back!!!!!"

"I came here with my father on august 11th 2023 and the food was very fresh and tasted great. The waiters and waitresses were nice and very fast to refill my water 4 different times. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat some good Asian food. Diner prices were around $15 a person which isn’t that bad considering the food they offer. I look forward to coming back soon"
