"First visit to Family Practice of Wadsworth and I am glad that I chose them as my PCP! The office was clean and there was clean and very minimal wait time. I had interactions with 3 different ladies at the front desk and they were all friendly and cheerful. The medical assistant (Ariel?) was thorough and patient with lots of questions getting to know my past history. Dr. Logsdon was exactly what I was looking for in a physician. I did not feel rushed and she genuinely listened to my concerns. She supported that I am interested in a wellness approach to my health, was knowledgeable and communicated everything clearly. Thank you!"

"The staff is great but the timing of appointments is out of control 9:50 appointment leaving the office at 11:55. Maybe they should say this the window of time for your appointment like the cable repair does."

"Today, I had the office call me hoping to reschedule an appt that I've had scheduled for a few months. Amber called and said that she had to reschedule because they are moving on Aug 31st and that they couldn't see me that day. She then proceeded to tell me that the appt wouldn't be until October 28th! I was appalled that they called me saying that, and really couldn't or wouldn't accommodate me and squeeze me in somewhere sooner. I explained that was not cool and that someone should have coordinated and done a better job planning for the patients they planned on cancelling. I understand that you are busy and I know I am not more important than anyone else but I waited fair and square, and have been waiting for 3 months already. Furthermore, it was the way she was being super snide with me, saying that's all she has and there is nothing more she can do. I asked if there was anyone else to talk to that could maybe help and get me something sooner and she claimed her office coordinator Ashley is sitting right next to her and there is nothing they can do. I succumbed and said "fine, cancel the whole thing." I will go somewhere else with better patient service, and that are friendlier and more helpful. I got off the phone almost in tears and feel completely bullied. So with that being said, I can't talk about my experience with the doctor but this place definitely needs a better operations manager and staff that handles the organization. Now I am left without an appt, without a doctor, and still worried sick about why I was going in the first place. Way to go, Family Practice of Wadsworth. DO BETTER!"

"Just switched to this practice and had my first appointment. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office. Everyone was friends and kind. The person I saw was extremely through and was very clear about follow up and next steps. I highly recommend if looking for a new family doctors office."
