"Great service and my assistant crystal was the absolute best she made me so extremely comfortable and secure I absolutely love her 10/10 all the way around the board made sure I was well informed and telling me every step of the way what they were doing"
"I made my appointment back in September because I was told they didn’t have any openings until October. I booked my appointment and asked would they send me a reminder. She replied yes. I received several text asking me to hit 0 if I’m still coming. I did both times. I went to the office and they were CLOSED. They lost me as a clip. Very unprofessional they could have at least called me."
"The front desk people are super nice but whoever the main dentist is in the back is more about money then her patients if you ask me. I came because I had a cavity on my teeth, the first time I went they x-rayed me then said come back for a filling like 2 weeks later. I come back and get x-rated again then sat in a room. They brought in a needle which I was confused about giving the fact nobody explained to me what was happening before hand but I let it be. She mentioned that I had cavities on the said teeth and that I needed a filling at the first appointment. She starts numbing past the teeth I told her that were bothering me and began to drill. Iv had a really bad experience before else were with needles, drilling and tooth pullin so I tried my best to keep calm. While she was drilling it still hurt so I was closing my mouth some in pain so she numbed me again and went to the other tooth which I never even told her hurt so I don’t know why she was drilling that tooth. In the process of doing that, that tooth began to hurt as well so she numbed it and said she’ll be back. At this point I’m crying a little because I’m by myself and it hurt. (She’s seen irritated at the fact I kept moving) she comes back and started again and I’m closing my cough in pain and she stops to ask me “does it hurt or are you nervous) I said both but mainly nervous and she said it’s nothing we can do about you being nervous just relax. So I tried too. After like a min to two of trying I give up. She says we cannot continue as long as I keep Moving and god knows that’s what I wanted to do anyways when she first started. She said something to her assistant and they left. Another lady came in with a temporary tooth filling and I got to go home. They told me come back in 4 week but I won’t be returning. I’m sure they ment no harm but my personal experience was a 4/10 dealing with them. Everybody is so quiet and doesn’t talk. It’s not up lifting or anything. Again front desk is a 10/10 but that back park needs more work on communicating and explaining stuff ! I shouldn’t have to speak up and ask questions about your job that you should be explaining to me if your working on my body…"
