"I tried to make an appointment for my husband’s birthday. The Receptionist who sounded like an African American was very rude. She did not explain me anything about deep tissue massage that i wanted to schedule. She kept saying what? What you mean? Give me your card number! Kept rushing me! In a very rude voice! Like no customer service manners! There cancelation policy sucks as well! You can’t even switch to another location without them charging you fee! Will not schedule with this company again or recommend any one!"

"The check in staff were wonderful and Janine was absolutely amazing! I had a 90 minute prenatal massage with her, and it was exactly what I needed. She had the perfect pressure, asked me where my problem areas were, and focused extra on those while still making sure I got my full body massage in. I highly recommend her! Last night (after my massage) was the first night I did not wake up to a charley horse from being so pregnant. Thank you, Janine, for being so great and for all the staff who were welcoming and kind. Great place, great people, great atmosphere. I was worried I might have to walk through the mall to get to it, but it’s attached to the mall in front of it by the main entrance. It was easy to get to!"
