"Could somebody explain to The Cleveland Clinic that its employees are supposed to serve the patients and not the other way around? The nurse practitioners walk around like peacocks. We had one orthopedic surgeon grace us with his presence one hour after the appointment time and not offer an apology. The same doctor chose to stand up hands crossed as if he had better things to do with his time than care for us. We’re just insurance claim fodder, not valuable human beings."
