"Booked an appt for a 1 hour massage. Arrived and waited 15 mins but no one showed up. Apparently, they booked the therapist but she wasn’t actually available or even in the building. As a courtesy they told me they wouldn’t charge me for the service. Really?! I would hope you wouldn’t charge me. They then offered a complimentary enhancement next time - only I won’t be coming back."
"The staff is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is relaxing. My therapist Ron is truly the best. I communicate my problem areas and he’s able to work out tension in my muscles. I have a very physical job, so I definitely look forward to getting my massages. I have also recommended Ron to several of my coworkers."
