"Staff is always kind and professional. You do not feel like a faceless, nameless thing standing at their window. Little things like eye contact and using a kind tone of voice go a long way. They have always been courteous and are pleasant to converse with - And all of that is just the front desk employees! The lab techs are also courteous and kind. They are professional when it comes to making children and adults feel comfortable even when they may be nervous to get blood drawn, etc. When the appointment goes quickly you may actually feel slightly disappointed to have to leave so soon! They make you fee that comfortable and cared for. True story."
