"I was a new patient here because the surgeon I have seen in the past had moved and I was looking for a new one. My appointment was scheduled for 3:30. They called & asked if I could come in at 1. When I arrived at 1, the waiting room was packed with patients & I had to wait about an hour to be seen. When they called my name, the patient who checked in before me was still waiting. I brought that to the attention of the nurse before I went back, and he told the patient "we'll be with you shortly." While I was in the exam room, 2 different nurses came in 3 separate times asking if the doctor had seen me yet. At that time, I needed surgery, and the doctor said he'd call me the next day to schedule. When I checked out, the front desk said they'd call me within 7 days. The office just called me saying I had 2 options for my upcoming procedure. I told them that no one had called the next day, as promised. The woman on the phone said they don't do that, they call within one week. I told them that part is fine, but today is June 20 and my appointment was May 15."

"Dr. Kedia has been the doctor who has seen me here. His office visits consist of me paying $60 copay to wait two hours to finally have him talk to me for 2 minutes; end of doctor visit. If there's a procedure (surgery), that lasts roughly 30 minutes and I wear a catheter home for two weeks. That part would be okay if the problem didn't keep coming back in 8 months. Assembly-line medicine let's me know that I'm not worth his time."
