She is the first doctor I have been to in years who I can honestly say seems to care, she is personable, funny and you actually feel comfortable talking to her. She is completely relatable, which with doctors is hard to find. I can't recommend this practitioner enough because finding a good doctor is not easy!"

"The front desk staff are very rude. I came in and stood at the front desk for a minute and had to say "hello" before they even acknowledged that I had entered, meanwhile the whole time I'm standing there the lady is working on the computer right behind the front desk facing me. Dr. Franz is the only reason this is getting two stars though. My wife saw him a few days ago and he was great!"

"I like this office but recently I have had many conflicts with scheduling appointments. I was told to schedule an appointment on the Saturday my physician was there and now received a call about rescheduling it. When I called to reschedule she didn't have the time available. None of the times this physician has available work with mine which is why I needed a Saturday appointment to begin with. Looking into changing physicians.."

"I’ve been on the phone for 20 minutes now trying to get my prescription refilled and no one is answering my phone call. This isn’t the first time I’ve been on hold on the phone with this office for multiple minutes! And almost every time the person that answers my phone call either has an attitude or seems crabby. I love the nurse practitioner Dana! She’s absolutely amazing and has always made me feel comfortable about going to the doctors when I’m the kind of person that has high anxiety about going to the doctors. The staff though is very disappointing and because of it I’m considering finding another doctors office today."
