He addressed every single one of my concerns and still wanted to help me. I can't thank him enough for this. Within one visit Dr Hamm made me feel completely reassured that my condition can be managed. He gave me hope with his thorough explanations and his desire to keep working with me. "The Staff at the office is not customer friendly and will not work with you. They submitted a claim through my insurance which was declined for that service. The issue was fixed with the insurance carrier and the doctor's office was contacted and advised to re-submit the claim. The office girl/lady advised that they already submitted twice and would not try a third time. I advised her that the issue was corrected but she still refused. I would not recommend this office because of the staff, Doctor Eisenberger himself was great. Very disappointed"
