"Every time I come here, i've had nothing but a perfect experience. I'm in and out. Never waited even a half hour before. Staff is friendly and helpful. Alicia Christy is a fabulous doctor. She took care of me last Wednesday, and almost every time I've gone there! They always figure out what's going on with me. I don't usually write reviews but i appreciate this place so much. I recommend this place to everyone!"

"I have always received efficient and fast care at this location. The doctors and nurses are also very patient and thorough with my toddler. We did not feel rushed at all. They seem to really care about the patient and take their time. Front desk staff has always been pleasant as well. Easy in and out! I will continue to visit this location when needed."

"I would just like to say that the practitioners here are more worried about covid testing than treating tonsillitis or strep throat. They do not listen to what you're saying, and assume every ailment is covid. I wonder how much money the Cleveland clinic is still getting to push the covid madness. The tests that are available do not accurately test for the illness, and I am very disgusted that I went there and basically had to treat myself for STREP THROAT, not covid 19. You all need some more training and maybe put an actual Medical Doctor in this clinic."

"I am sad to see the bad reviews here because I have been here on at least 3 occasions, the last two of those I was treated by Tabatha who is wonderful. I am very uncomfortable having to go in for an emergency situation, I always try to get into my regular doctor but I couldn't get an appointment there until late September. I was really upset about what was happening with my eyes, constantly watering and then when I tried flushing them with saline, I woke up with them glued shut with white sticky goo. My eyes were so red, itchy, and irritated I thought it was something really bad. She said it looked and sounded like allergic conjunctivitis, prescribed an antibiotic drop, but only cautioned if I don't get improvement in a couple of days I need to see an eye doctor because I may need a steroid drop and they can't prescribe that. It put my mind a little more at ease. I got the drops and did get some relief with the first application. Fingers crossed, the drops and cold compresses take care of the issue.
