"Run. Don't walk away. School is starting and instead of packing my child's lunch, going back to school shopping and everything a woman does for her child. I'm stuck dusting off an urn. My pregnancy had some issues, instead of referring me right away to someone competent they checked me out told me not to have sex and take it easy. My eldest sister had the same complication during her pregnancy and was hospitalized right away and was well taken care of. There's a reason why so many people warn you about this place. The church I attend had 12 patients go through this place not one is still a patient. The wait times, the canceled appointments etc. And it's not only my child's death that very well might've been prevented, it was the after care that was HORRIBLE. Most places will contact you because they care after such an experience. When I got home from the hospital (not the hospital these two deliver) I was greeted by flowers and a card signed by the whole floor. A simple call would've went a long way. The nurse in this office said "these things happen" you would've thought I just had a hangnail. Two weeks after my child's death no call. Office staff very unprofessional lacking empathy and compassion. Went to Pizza Hut their general manager even warns her employees about this place and for that I am thankful."
"This is Jackie Grossman. Dr Kovach did a hysterectomy on me back in 2012. Even though i had complications from an infection...i still would much much rather have her than Dr Mahalic (sp) she delivered my son and when all was done it looked like blood was thrown all over the room. Very sloppy. And yelling at me because i wasn't fast enough for her. Time of birth was 3:02am. I didn't even go to her for my 6 week check up. Dr Kovach showed alot of concern for me. Always took her time. Answered all questions i had. She is not only a good Dr but a very sweet person to."
"I would rate them a zero if I could. While I like my doctor, Dr. Kovach, I am looking for another OB/GYN after my latest experience. The people in the office are completely unhelpful. The people who answer the phone when you call in to the office are unable to answer any medical questions, which is fine, but then find me someone who can! Instead, you get vague answers and always hang up the phone confused. Not only on the phone, but in person also, the people in the office are not friendly in any way. No smiles, no small talk, and they act like it's going out of their way to help find you the assistance you need. If you get any testing done, they will not call you with the results, you have to call them to get the results, but no one can elaborate on what those results mean. Meanwhile, you never get to talk to your actual doctor unless you have an appointment. Even then, you'll only get to see your doctor for about 10 minutes. The whole experience is very rushed and makes you feel like they do not care about you, that they're just trying to get you out of the way. I do not recommend, and highly advice others to steer clear!"
"Horribly disorganized and terrible customer service. I'm a new patient who scheduled an exam and had to wait over a month for an appointment (not a big deal), but a few days before my appointment I received a call saying that THEY had to cancel because the nurse practitioner was no longer available that day. They didn't offer to have another doctor see me; just said that I would have to make a new appointment. When I called back I thought that they would try to fit me in quickly since they had to cancel my appointment but they did not. Instead I scheduled with a different doctor and had to wait over another month for an appointment. The day of my appointment, I took time off of work and went to the office where I was informed that they had no record of an appointment for me. What?! They told me that they only had a record of ME canceling my first appointment and nothing else. I told them that whether they showed that I had an appointment or not, I called and someone in the office told me that they had scheduled one for me. The nasty, snippy girl at the desk asked me who I talked to. Who remembers who they talked to at a doctor's office when they make an appointment? Does it matter? If I was able to produce the name would it change anything? If I had said "Jane Doe" would you have said...oh, well in that case come right in?! Do you think the person in the office that I talked to over a month ago is going to remember talking to me? Instead of trying to offer a solution (or even apologize!) she made it sound like I was to blame and told me that I would have to schedule another appointment. No attempt was made to try to fit me in right away or later that day or anything. Again, horrible service! I will never be back and I encourage you not to go either."
