"Overdue on this review, they kicked me out for 3 no show. I was never told about this policy lost my psychologist which she was awesome. First clinic to have this policy in place that I have experienced."

"They gave my 10 year old a strep test then disposed of it instead of sending it out. These are always negative the first time most physicians know that and send them anyways. They literally did nothing for my children and sent them home and my daughter is here w ith a temperature of 103.6. Never again with them people."

"My experience here was horrible. I’ve been having extreme abdominal pain For months, the doctors just always have sent me to the ER at the oberlin thru mercy and always said it was ‘nothing’. I got a new doctor and come to find out I have a tumor in my uterus the size of my uterus & have to have it removed. All this time they have said it was nothing. Also my son is 1 years old, got stung by a bee, was allergic and sent him away because he wasn’t 18 months old. Thank God I got to the hospital in time. I will not be back. And they have deleted my comments on here before."

"In my experience here at mercy health visiting Dr. Gomez who is in office on fridays it has been a quick ( low wait time on my occasions ), informative trip and he always double checks at the end of the visit if that is all i'm concerned about! Younger cat who is personable about his job. Which is a beautiful thing as most of us confide in our doctors and being personable makes that experience a little easier! Front desk is pleasent and helpful."
