"Stopped in to get looked at in Vermilion today. Nurse explained they only had ten minutes till close and the doctor would not see me. No mercy at Mercy Health in Vermilion, go elsewhere."
"Love the doctors and nurse practitioners, but today I tried to go to the walk in clinic in the morning no they're closed. Asked if they could to a telehealth visit with amherst they said no. Which I've done in the past... Went to amherst later in the day...sorry were at capacity for the day. its 3pm youre not supposed to close til 5 like are yall taking appointments for walkins now!? What about oberlin and wellington walkin..they're closed. Like what does a person have to do to get proper care! This is ridiculous! In addition, why should I have to tell the receptionist then the nurse then the dr or np what I have going on to be seen or make an appointment!? What happened to Dr patient confidentiality seriously?!"
"A doctor at this office prescribed a patient medication (that has pretty intense side effects) without any sort of physical or blood work. She barely asked any questions and sent them on their way. They had follow ups and upped their dosage, again with no tests. Finally she ordered a gene test which came from a moth swab(with no explanation to the patient of what it would show). Once the results came back she had a very quick video appointment with the patient only stating that the results could be very problematic for the patient and that they would have to pick up the results themselves (which oddly were not available on mychart/also still no actual blood work or physical done ). When the patient picked up the results no one even went over what the test results meant . That was it . Take that how it is. I’m no doctor but the care for this patient was incomplete, at best."
"I went to the walk in clinic today. I had to wait a little to be seen, but that's okay. I saw the Nurse Practitioner, Elizabeth. After she checked me out and we decided on the treatment we started talking about my mental health as a nurse. I was crying a lot and she listened to me and I really needed it. She was encouraging and supportive and I took way too much of her time up, but she didn't care. It meant so much to me, that she took the time out of her busy day to hear me. FYI, also not the first time I have cried to her. Thank you so much Elizabeth for going above and beyond and really caring about me as a person. Us health-care workers have to stick together. ❤"
"My experience every time I see Krystal Russel is professional and compassionate. She is the best at truly listening to what concerns me and has helped me get my health back on track. I feel that persons of any age would benefit from Krystal’s knowledge, caring personality, and sense of humor! Dawn and Sarah are always helpful and kind."
